Gardens of Glass

Excavating old digital files* I found the snaps I took (with my very first ever cameraphone) of the Chihuly exhibition at Kew Gardens in 2005. It was amazing. Weird and natural and organic and lateral and perfect.

The pictures of course are… less than amazing and perfect. But wonderful to find anyway. I filtered the hell out of them because why not and put them in an album. Just in case you fancy taking a (dark, grainy) wander through some beautifully strange glassworks today.

* One of those jobs you always want to do but can never possibly get around to because it’s so low on the list, until you suddenly randomly find yourself in the middle of one of those old files because whatever and then you may as well seize the moment and do some sorting and hey, hooray for randomness!
